Meet Ryland Goldman, a 7-year-old from Los Gatos, California, who decided to open a food stand in his neighborhood. (It's called Ryland's Restaurant, of course.) Like any good restaurateur, Goldman surveyed his competitive set, probably realized that his neighborhood had enough lemonade stands, and instead decided to set up a breakfast stand.
